Society is the vast interconnected, ordered way we as individuals interact on this small finite planet of ours. We strive to have food, water, knowledge, safety, and purpose. In this shared pursuit, organisations emerge as constructs designed to pool resources, distribute skills, and solve problems too complex for any one person alone. They help us save time, amplify our capabilities, and unlock opportunities so we can focus on what matters most. At least that is what should happen. Why then is so much effort wasted on wars, and why does there often appear to me more harm and hate than care and consideration? Let us explore.
